The ZBX80 CNC LINEAR STAGE MOTION ACTUATOR is a crucial hardware component that enables precise control over the accuracy and speed of moving parts in industrial automation machinery. Crafted from high-quality alloy aluminum, the product features a smooth, burr-free surface, high hardness, a compact and sturdy structure, and excellent wear resistance.

The package includes a 200mm length travel linear stage actuator equipped with a NEMA23 stepper motor (1.8°, 2.8A, 1.26N.m). The stepper motor bracket ensures coaxiality and extends the service life of the motor, screw, and coupling.

The actuator has a horizontal load capacity of 80kg and a vertical load capacity of 20kg. The double linear rail design provides enhanced stability and can withstand substantial turning moments. The high-precision SFU1605 ball screw, with a flange screw nut, offers an accuracy of 0.003mm, enabling high-speed and heavy-duty operation.

The HGW12 linear bearing slide block, with its four rows of internal balls, ensures smooth and wear-resistant movement. The slider design features an upward-facing opening for easy assembly and disassembly, and includes screw mounting holes and connecting pin holes for modular configuration.

Limit switch mounting slots with M5 nuts allow for the installation of limit switches in any position. The bottom M5 mounting nuts provide linear adjustability for easy installation and positioning.

In addition to the 200mm model, the ZBX80 linear stage motion actuator series is available in various lengths, including 100mm, 300mm, 400mm, 500mm, and 600mm, to accommodate different application requirements.
