The spindle is equipped with a 1.5KW motor that operates seamlessly at 110V with a frequency of 400 Hz, delivering speeds up to 24,000 RPM. The P4 Grade Bearings ensure exceptional durability and precision, with a runout off of less than 0.02 mm and an accuracy level of 0.003 mm.

The water-cooled system provides efficient cooling, maintaining stable and consistent performance while extending the tool's life. Compared to air cooling, the water-cooled system promotes a quieter operation, creating a more comfortable working environment.

The variable frequency drive (VFD) is user-friendly, with an easy-to-use button panel for operation. It prioritizes safety and has comprehensive protection mechanisms against various issues such as overheating, overloading, and voltage problems. The VFD has already been programmed, and we provide pre-soldered aviation wire and power wire, making it easy to connect the spindle motor with the VFD.

The Φ80mm spindle holder, made of high-quality aluminum material, features a finished surface that allows for easy installation, disassembly, and use. Simply fix it in place with four screws to complete the installation.

The water pump offers high lift, a large flow rate, and excellent insulation. It should be fully submerged in water to operate properly. We provide water pipes along with the pump for easy connection to the spindle motor.

The water-cooled spindle is versatile and can be used in various machining applications, including engraving machines, milling machines, lathes, and CNC routers. It is suitable for a wide range of materials, such as stainless steel, soft aluminum, brass, stone, acrylics, PVC, PCB, wood, and nylon.
