The 3020-PRO MAX V2 is an upgraded version that builds upon the solid foundation of its original frame. It now features a robust 4040 Y-axis profile and a one-piece machined and molded aluminum spoilboard with a measurement scale. The dual steel X-axis guide rail has been upgraded, with an enclosed mold material and a new X-axis back plate, resulting in a significantly more stable design.

The integrated molded Z-axis C-mount has been significantly improved, enhancing stability compared to the previous design. The new Z-axis structure makes upgrading the spindle easier than before.

The optimized layout features the power supply conveniently installed on the backplate of the X-axis, maximizing workspace utilization. The pre-assembled XZ Axis Gantry module and Base Assembly dramatically save time, while the pre-organized wiring and pre-assembled drag chain further simplify the setup process, providing a hassle-free CNC experience.

While remaining based on open-source Grbl V1.1, the 3020-PRO MAX V2 CNC router has been upgraded with high-powered Toshiba TB6S109 drivers featuring 32-bit chips, resulting in improved performance. The upgrades include the addition of extended function ports, such as a dedicated 3 Pin Laser Port, Air Assistance Pump Port, and MPG Port, offering users enhanced versatility and options for various applications.
