Genmitsu CNC 3018-PRO Router Kit for 3018 Series CNC Router

The Genmitsu CNC 3018-PRO is an upgraded version of the 3018 model. Its design significantly reduces the difficulty of assembly and improves the working accuracy, as all components do not need to be positioned. The base height has been raised to 4cm, enhancing the machine's stability. The Genmitsu is capable of cutting a wide range of materials, including plastics, soft aluminum, woods, acrylics, PVC, and PCB, making it suitable for a variety of projects.

The upgraded power adapter is UL approved and provides out-of-the-box support for the drop-in 20,000rpm spindle, eliminating the need to modify G-code to reach full speed.

The Genmitsu 3018-PRO utilizes Grbl, a high-performance open-source software for controlling movement, which runs on Arduino. Grbl's dependability and simplicity have made it an industry standard, ensuring a wealth of support and resources available to users when they encounter any issues.

The Genmitsu 3018-PRO is compatible with the Genmitsu 4040-PRO and most 3018 series CNC machines on the market, including the 3018-PRO, 3018-PROVer, 3018-PROVer Mach3, and 3018-MX3. To ensure compatibility, users should verify that their spindle diameter is 42mm (1.65″) and that it has two 4mm (0.16") screw holes.

The dust shoe is made of high-quality transparent ABS, which allows users to monitor their operations. Equipped with a 40mm long nylon brush, the dust shoe maximizes vacuum suction and acts as an efficient dust sweep, helping to keep the machine and work area clean during cutting, drilling, and carving processes.
