The Genmitsu CNC 3018-PRO is an upgraded version of the 3018 model. A key advantage is that all components do not need to be positioned, which greatly reduces the difficulty of assembly and improves the working accuracy. Additionally, the base height has been raised to 4cm for better stability. Capable of cutting a wide range of materials including all types of plastics, soft aluminum, woods, acrylics, PVC, and PCB, the Genmitsu can be used on a diverse array of projects and applications.

The Genmitsu 3018-PRO utilizes Grbl, a high-performance open-source software for controlling movement, and runs on Arduino. GRBL's dependability and simplicity have made it an industry standard, ensuring ample support and resources are available should users encounter any issues.

An upgraded power adapter is also provided, which is UL Approved and offers out-of-the-box support for the drop-in 20,000rpm Spindle, eliminating the need to modify G-code to ramp up to full speed.

The enclosure for this CNC machine is designed to be universally compatible with the Genmitsu 3020-PRO MAX, 3020-PRO MAX V2, 3018 series CNC router machines, and any other smaller-size CNC machines. With dimensions of 520 x 475 x 405mm, users can be confident that compatibility issues will not arise.

A key feature of this enclosure is its noise reduction capabilities. By up to 22dB, this noise reduction and dust-proof enclosure achieves an approximately 40% reduction in loudness. Test data taken at a distance of 30cm from the machine shows that the noise level was reduced from 78dB before use to 56dB after the insulation was applied.
