DIY 3 Axis CNC Router Kit for Plastic, Acrylic, PCB, PVC, and Wood Carving

The Mini CNC Router is a compact and lightweight CNC machine with a USB interface and GRBL control system, making it an excellent choice for beginners. The 3018 PRO CNC machine is easy to install and has a stable structure.

The package includes the following components: 1 set of 3018 CNC Router Engraving Milling Machine Kit, 1 GRBL 1.1f Control Board, 1 775 spindle motor, 1 ER11 Collet 3.175mm, 1 24V DC 5A Power Supply, 10 Tip 0.1 mm, 20° φ3.175 mm Drill Bits, 4 plate clamps, 1 set of Allen Wrench, 2 ER Wrench, 1 Brush, 1 Spindle motor harness 60cm, and 3 Stepper motor harness 60cm. The package also includes a 4G USB flash drive with the English user manual and GRBL software.

The GRBL controller board features a USB (USB-CH340) connection, with the master chip being an Atmel 328P (Arduino Nano). It supports a spindle drive chip of MOSFET (recommendation 24V, current within 10A) and a spindle PWM speed. The supported stepper motors are 12V, with a maximum current of 2A or less, recommended within 1.5A and additional heat (Nema17/Nema23). The power interface is a 5.5-2.5mm DC interface, and it supports 3-pins modules ranging from 0.5W to 20W.

The spindle is a 775 DC spindle motor (12-36V) with 24V and 10,000 RPM. The drill bits included are 10 pieces with a 0.1mm tip, 20-degree angle, and a 3.175mm diameter. The mounting hole diameter is M4, and the mounting hole pitch is approximately 29mm.

The machine's dimensions are 40x33x24cm (16.53" x 13.78" x 10.63"), with a maximum stroke of 30x18x4.5cm (11.8" x 7.1" x 1.8") and a processing thickness of 4.5cm (1.77"). The stepper motors are Nema17, with a size of 34mm, 1.33A, and 0.25N.M.

The machine can engrave or cut a variety of materials, including wood, acrylic, PCB, PVC, carbon fiber, acrylic, and density board. It cannot, however, carve hard metals, jade, or other very hard materials. If you have a module, you can also carve kraft paper, wood, leather (wallet), and bamboo.

The machine is compatible with Windows XP SP3, Win 7, Win 8, and Win 10 (32/64 bit) operating systems. It is not compatible with Mac OS. The power supply is a DC 24V 5.6A power adapter (input voltage 110-240VAC), and the processing accuracy is approximately 0.2mm.

The supported file formats for G-code are .nc, .ncc, .ngc, .tap, and .cnc. The software used to create G-code includes Carbide Create, Artcam, MeshCam, Fusion360, and Inkscape.
