When your Genmitsu MDF Spoilboard arrives, it should come with everything you need for installation. First, partially unscrew the 6 T-nuts so they can shift properly during installation. Next, align the T-nuts to fit into the slots on your CNC bed while the board is oriented for installation. Tighten the hex screws as far as they will go without over-tightening, and each T-nut will rotate and clamp into place, securing the spoilboard to the CNC bed. Finally, try lifting the spoilboard at each corner to ensure all T-slot nuts have properly anchored.

The Genmitsu CNC MDF Spoilboard is made of MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard), which is dense, strong, and durable. It measures 300 x 180 x 12mm (11.81 x 7.09 x 0.47 inches) and is compatible with most 3018 series router machines on the market. The standard version has 16 holes, while the upgraded Grid version has 24 holes for better clamp mounting.
